Julian Sharples

Julian has spent over 30 years in marketing and brand development, most recently pioneering the concept of ‘Inside Out Marketing’. He uses the tools of employee engagement to understand brands from the inside and uses the insights gleaned to develop authentic and sustainable marketing and brand solutions. The results are employees who are more engaged with their company’s brand, customers who are more satisfied, and an improved bottom line.
