Helen has over 19 years’ performance development experience for blue chip and SMEs. In addition, she has over 12 years as senior manager and Director at the ‘rock-face’ in marketing, operations and HR. Her client work focuses on improving business performance and leadership across sales, service, IT, HR and Finance operations.

Helen brings a pragmatic, commercial approach whilst generating personal responsibility and inspirational development of capability. She focuses on drawing out the innate creativity and resources within people to bring about excellent results with more ease and speed. She is committed to excellence and passionate about the link between leadership development and effective change management with organisational success; creating an environment for people to thrive and achieve outstanding business outcomes.
