Behavioural assessment

Being successful as an individual is not just about your individual skills, it can also be a result of your personal style and preferences. At Orbit we make use of a tool called Extended Disc which enables you:

Behavioural assessment

Extended DISC Personal Analysis – use this when you want to understand an individual’s preferred style

This is a self-assessment tool that identifies the strengths and development areas of an individual. What makes Personal Analysis different from other assessments is that it is able to measure at a deeper unconscious level to show who the individual actually is and not what the person thinks he/she should be in the existing environment. As a result, the report identifies the true strengths and development areas to allow for true performance improvement.

The personal analysis profile gives:

Extended DISC Work Pair Analysis – use this when you want an important relationship between two people work even better

This is an tool that combines the results of two individuals into one, user-friendly report. It identifies the styles of individuals, how the styles complement one another, and where the behaviour gaps or potential conflicts exist. It also provides information regarding what the individuals should remember, accept and practice when working together.

Please note, you need to have a personal analysis done for each individual first, then a work pair analysis merging the two profiles together.

Extended DISC Team Analysis – use this when you want to understand how to improve team dynamics

Extended DISC Team Analysis is a tool that can combine all of the individual assessment results into one report. It shows the team dynamics, the strengths and development areas of the team, and illustrates how the team members are adjusting their behaviours in the existing work environment.

We recommend no more than 12 people on any team analysis.

Again note, you need to have a personal analysis done for each member of the team first, then a team analysis merging all of the profiles together.
